If the level is lower than minimum level, 1 litre of hydraulic fluid should be added . The minimum level of hydraulic fluid is identical for 3 and 3+ hydractive suspension . You need to load test it rather than just measuring the voltage with a multimeter. If the battery is good, suspect the rear height sensor, which is electrical rather than mechanical.
